Sunset Elopement in the Western North Carolina Mountains near Asheville, NC

Congratulations to Lisa and Jacob! It was an honor to be part of this intimate elopement in Asheville.  The couple, the intimacy, the joy, the silence, the views, the blue light, the clouds, and all of the beauty that encompasses the Blue Ridge mountains were all there. The Western North Carolina mountains are so beautiful and the privacy of this location offered genuine intimacy and privacy for the couple to revel in the moment. We're so thankful we get to document weddings, elopements, and engagement sessions in Asheville. It's not only filled with photogenic locations and amazing wedding venues, but also has seasons for stunning photos year round. This elopement took place in early August, although Fall is by far the most popular season for photography sessions because of the vivid colors and insanely beautiful mountains.

We look forward to coming back here again, but also continuing to explore around the Asheville mountains to find more unique and off the beaten path places for you! The majority of the time the best elopement photos happen when there is space for you and your partner to be yourselves without any distractions.
